The student should insert any random DVD in his/her system and check if it is working, if yes then the DVD drive is in a condition to run the uFaber DVD as well.

If the DVD is inserted in the DVD drive of the desktop or laptop and the disc driver is unable to read the DVD,the student should check the DVDs on other system, if he/she can see the content on other system, the problem is with his disc driver of his/her previous system, either ask him to use an external disc drive for his system or use or borrow some other system for studying.

If none of the above solutions are applicable please the student should install teamviewer and raise a problem by mailing at contact@ufaber.com. After this the technical representative will host a teamviewer session with the student and solve the problem remotely. If the problem persist after this session the student will be given a suitable solution (eg. a replacement DVD set)
